At L2, we strive to provide you with a home that is both structurally and aesthetically sound. Every effort is made to insure that your home will last for generations to come. We take pride in your home and want you to feel comfortable, even after the build process is complete.
During your first year, if there is anything you find we may have missed, we want to know about it. We will make every reasonable effort to get it fixed for you. If you have decided to submit a claim, please review your homeowners manual to be sure that your issue is, in fact, a warrantable item.
By submitting this claim, you acknowledge the following conditions--
1) The term "warrantable" is subjective and will be decided exclusively by L2 homes. L2 is given full discretion in deciding which items are covered under your warranty.
2) The homeowner is responsible for providing L2 with a detailed description of the issue. We will make every effort to dispatch the appropriate personnel to make sure you get taken care of.
3) L2 is not responsible for any upgrades or alterations made by the homeowner. If you decide to make changes, you assume liability for any issues caused by these changes.
4)If, upon arrival, we determine the submitted claim is not a warrantable item as stated in your homeowners manual, you may be subject to a service charge.
